Hybrid (Rhynchostylis coelestis X Ascocentrum ampullaceum)
Vandaceous hybrid, this relative of the Vanda is generally considered to be miniature orchids, as they look a lot like Vandas but smaller and brighter, with dense flowers.

Care:
Light: high light, similar to Vandas or Cattleyas. 3000- 4000 foot candles.
Humidity: Good humidity is important; try for 70%.
Temperature:Most will do best with daytime temperatures of 75-85°F (24-29C), cooling by 10-15°F (6-8C) at night i.e. 18-21C at night.
Watering: Should be watered every day, let it soak in a bucket of water for 15 minutes or more, sometimes with a weak fertilizer. You can tell when the roots are dry because they will turn silvery. Roots will be green after watering.
Flowering: Colour of the flowers can range from deep pink to light blue.
Scented: A parent, R. Coelestis has the scent of citrus so this orchid may or may not be scented.
Family: Vanda
Endemic: Her parents are endemic to South East Asia and Asia.
